Online Shopping Process

If you are interested in one or more products of our limited editions or if you would like to place an order just click the button order now / request.
You will send us an email at sales@awarenessandconsciousness.com (including the articlename and ID-number).
All prices are in EUR and include VAT at 20%.
The payment take place via bank transfer or paypal.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a question about a product or the ordering process.
We will get back to you shortly.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been confirmed by email and the payment is processed your item will be shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking number.
Orders are usually processed within 1-5 days of receiving your order.
Shipping worldwide via Austrian Post Corp. with standard conditions and will be added to your order.
Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days within Austria, 5-10 business days for international deliveries.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at office@awarenessandconsciousness.com within 6 days of  receipt.
Only goods in perfect unworn condition with original packaging and all tags attached may be returned. Goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receipt in order to be exchanged or refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. We have the right to deny refunds if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
